LAWNGTLAI WELCOMES NEW FATHERS TO SCHOOL
Don Bosco School, Lawngtlai, held a special welcome ceremony during the morning assembly on 19th June 2025 to warmly receive two new members of its community—Rev. Fr. John Changsan, the newly appointed Parish Priest, and Rev. Fr. Synsharsuklang, the new Vice-Principal of the school. The event began with a solemn introduction by Fr. Nelson Joseph, the Principal and Rector of the school, who formally welcomed both Fathers and introduced them to the entire school community.
As a mark of respect and warm reception, the newly arrived Fathers were honoured with bouquets of flowers and the school scarf. A heartfelt welcome address was delivered by a student representative, expressing joy and excitement on behalf of all the students and staff.
Both Fr. Changsan and Fr. Suklang addressed the gathering and conveyed their appreciation for the gracious welcome accorded to them. They shared their enthusiasm about being part of the Don Bosco Lawngtlai family and expressed their commitment to serve the school and the parish with dedication.
The entire programme was well-coordinated and executed smoothly. Special thanks and appreciation go to the staff who meticulously organized the welcome event, making it a memorable occasion for the whole school community.
