The felicitation program to honour the meritorious students of Don Bosco School, Silchar, was held on May 24, 2025, in the school auditorium. The event commenced at 9:45 a.m. in the presence of students, parents, teachers, and school authorities.

A total of 57 students were felicitated during the program: 21 students who scored 90% and above in the AISSCE (Class XII Board Exams) and 36 students who secured 90% and above in the AISSE (Class X Board Exams).

The program began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by a solemn prayer led by Sr. Maria. A graceful classical dance was presented by the students of Class VII, setting a vibrant tone for the morning.

The Principal addressed the gathering, congratulating the meritorious students for their hard work and achievements, and acknowledged the support of teachers and parents. This was followed by a lively Nepali dance performance by the students of Classes IX and X, which was warmly appreciated.

The felicitation ceremony for the Class XII students was conducted by the Manager and Vice-Principal, who presented each student with the school scarf and a memento. An instrumental music performance by the students of Class VIII added a melodious touch to the event.

Representing the outgoing batch of Class XII, Sneha Singha Choudhury, a student of the Humanities stream, delivered a heartfelt speech, expressing gratitude to the school staff and parents for their constant support and guidance.

The Class X students were then felicitated by the Principal, Vice-Principal, and Assistant Manager with the school scarf and a memento each. The celebration continued with a beautiful semi-classical dance by students of Class VIII, followed by a dynamic western dance presented by students of Classes VIII and IX.

The program concluded at 11:30 a.m. with the singing of the school anthem, marking the end of a joyous and memorable occasion that celebrated academic excellence and artistic talent.
