The Inauguration Ceremony for Class XI students was held on May 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the school auditorium with great enthusiasm and a spirit of new beginnings.
The program commenced with a solemn prayer led by Sr. Maria, invoking blessings for the new academic session. This was followed by the traditional lighting of the lamp by the Principal, Vice-Principal, Assistant Manager, and two students, symbolizing the light of knowledge and wisdom.
A vibrant classical dance performance by students of Classes VI and VII brought cultural elegance to the event. The Principal then delivered the welcome address, highlighting the significance of Class XI as the beginning of a new chapter in the students' lives. He encouraged them to make informed decisions about their future careers based on the subjects chosen in this crucial academic year.
To extend a warm welcome to the new students, Class XII students presented a melodious welcome song. This was followed by a heartfelt sharing by Bornisha Paul of Class XII, who recounted her experiences and learnings from her time in Class XI, offering valuable insights to the newcomers.
Adding to the festive spirit, the students of Class XII presented an energetic dance performance. The Vice-Principal then addressed the gathering and read out a few important school rules to ensure discipline and understanding among the students.
A beautifully choreographed Manipuri dance was performed by the students of Class VIII, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of India. Following this, the Principal announced the names of the Class XI class teachers and formally handed over the attendance registers to them, marking the official beginning of the academic year.
The program concluded with the singing of the school anthem, filling the auditorium with pride and unity. The ceremony was a meaningful and memorable start for the Class XI students as they embarked on a new phase of their academic journey.
